Experience collaborative cuisine at GALERIE V where we collect hearty homemade recipes, traditional Khmer fare and culinary nuggets of wisdom from our moms, friends, guests and our own personal experiences. The MUSEUM of FORGOTTEN DREAMS houses a café and a souk of local delicacies and memorabilia done in the spirit of 60’s futurism. Breakfast, light snacks and cocktails are the main events at the ‘museum’. Barbeque and grilled specials are available on select nights on the CALLE RIO. |
